Maintenance Agreements

Maintenance Agreements

In order to help extend the life of your heating and cooling products, we offer a Residential Maintenance Agreement. This agreement is designed to provide you with low-cost preventative maintenance.

Maintenance is required to keep your equipment running at its highest efficiency. Annual maintenance is also required to keep your warranty effective. Maintained equipment helps keep your utility bills lower and prevents future costly repairs.

Some of the benefits of this preventative maintenance contract include cleaning tune-ups on both your air conditioner and furnace. Other HVAC equipment such as humidifiers, air cleaners, duct work, and ultraviolet systems can also be added. Filters can also be purchased and delivered at the time of your preventative maintenance check. You will receive 10% off any non-warranty parts and labor for any service calls performed during the contract year. The agreement also entitles you to guaranteed service within 24 hours. The best part is that we notify you when your covered preventative maintenance is due, giving you one less thing to worry about.  For more information give us a call with your HVAC equipment information and we’ll provide you with a no-obligation maintenance contract bid based on your home’s needs.
